Auto AI Diagnostics collects the following information to provide our diagnostic services:
This app uses OpenAI's API to generate diagnostic analysis, and Google's Gemini API to retrieve web-verified fault code descriptions. Vehicle data including fault codes and sensor readings are sent to these services' servers for processing; their respective privacy policies apply to that data. We also use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, and cloud functions.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to your account only. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the services described above.
The app requires Bluetooth access to communicate with your diagnostic adapter. Bluetooth data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Auto AI Diagnostics is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
To delete your account:
Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed: your account credentials and profile information, all saved diagnostic scan history, and all vehicle data associated with your account.
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
